As you know, you may only access your account information online by entering your unique User Name and Password. This ensures that your information is protected by maintaining it on the secure portion of our Web site. Your password should never be shared with anyone.
DISPOSAL OF CLIENT RECORDS
In order to protect your privacy, we shall dispose of client records once they are no longer stored in our file facilities in our offices by making arrangements to store them in a secure facility under lock and key designed for the purpose of storing records securely. Such records may be kept there indefinitely or may be burned or shredded once they are no longer required to be held by the regulatory authorities.
